From 6 to 8 November our training and recreation centre Satekas hosted the fourth training session for the representatives of various social spheres from all over Latvia in order to assess the progress of the implemented projects, revise and improve the acquired skills and learn new ones.

As for arrangers of this action it seems to be unfair for us to realize how low the work of these people is valued in our country, what hardships and obstacles they often have to meet. We have completed the third of five sessions in our charity activity Light in your heart where workers of various social spheres from all Latvia continued to acquire new knowledge and skills and improved their work on the implementation of existing projects. In this training session they learned the principles of teamwork, skills of management and delegation, as well as communication and motivating.
